1. Check size against what the bag needs to carry

Read the listed length, height and width together. A compact shoulder bag and a larger tote may look similar in a cropped photograph. Compare the stated dimensions with the items you expect to carry; do not assume that a phone, tablet or laptop will fit. If dimensions are missing, ask our team to confirm them before ordering.

2. Review materials, lining and hardware

Check the material description for the specific SKU rather than relying on the collection name. Coated canvas, leather and fabric can have different handling and care needs. Ask about lining, trim, closure and hardware finish when the listing does not specify them. Color appearance varies with lighting and screens, so confirm the selected finish in writing.

3. Compare straps and carry options

Review whether the listed model is designed for hand carry, shoulder carry or crossbody use. Where provided, check strap length, adjustability and whether a strap is removable or included. Do not infer an included strap or accessory solely from styling in a reference photo.

4. Use the full gallery and model reference

Open the product page to compare the available views. Look at the opening, base, side profile and interior when those angles are supplied. Keep the model reference with your inquiry so similar product names are not confused. Source photos and model labels do not establish the brand status of the item supplied; confirm the exact item, its specifications and brand status before payment.

5. Build a clear wholesale order

For each line, record the model or SKU, finish, quantity and displayed USD unit price. Ask the merchant to confirm stock and the exact supplied configuration. Business wholesale orders start at $20,000 in merchandise; item quantity requirements may also apply. A 30% deposit is due after confirmation, with the remaining 70% due upon delivery. Retail customers may order individual pieces with no merchandise minimum and pay the full confirmed amount.

6. Agree on delivery and after-sales terms

Provide the destination country, postal code and complete delivery address so shipping charges and delivery arrangements can be confirmed. Ask which packaging is included and request written inspection, defect-reporting and return terms. Shipping, taxes and any delivery charges are separate from the displayed merchandise price unless your written confirmation says otherwise. A listed model or price does not establish current stock or a guaranteed delivery date.
